At Organic Basics, we want you to feel good in what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all sustainably made essentials. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all eco-friendly packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a notification and your refund once our team verifies the quality of the returned goods.
